Healthcare professionals are exposed to extremely high levels of stress and perfectionism on a daily basis in their work. All features of mindfulness practices have a potentially positive effect on healthcare service to patients and can help decrease provider burnout that many physicians experience.
I will be providing information on mindfulness in healthcare that includes research, studies, facts, and benefits of incorporating mindfulness practices into the work of healthcare providers.
